Physical Therapy and Other Healthcare Podcasts

Podcasts are a great way to get more involved with physical therapy and other healthcare fields outside of the classroom. I have recently started listening to podcasts, so I have not listened to a majority of this list. This is just a list of podcasts that are interesting to me and that I plan at listening to eventually.

I haven’t quite figured out how to incorporate podcasts into my life, particulary because I already have Netflix or Spotify playing in the background for hours every day. If you’re a music and TV show lover like me, you might also struggle with breaking this habit. Here are some ideas for when you can try listening to podcasts:

  • Cooking
  • Cleaning, doing laundry, folding clothes
  • Public transportation
  • Lying in bed, before or after sleeping
  • During exercise
  • On your commute to work or school
  • Getting ready in the morning
  • Taking a shower
  • Walking your dog
  • Taking a break from studying
  • While browsing social media websites
